Another wellness Wednesday for you ! This Wednesday is featuring foods to eat and not to eat to help reduce / manage anxiety. Anxiety is very common! Sometimes we don’t know what it’s caused by, but we CAN help our bodies minimize it by consuming foods to help us stay nourished and become more focused, and illuminate more of the foods that trigger it - aka all the bad processed stuff. Chemical filled foods play a HUGE role in our bodies creating several chemical imbalances ( anxiety , depression , lack of energy and insomnia to name a few) .
