•Magnesium- Research has found that magnesium may help with brain functions that reduce stress and anxiety. (Leafy greens, avocados & dark chocolate are high in magnesium)

•Zinc-We need zinc to make neurotransmitters. A neurotransmitter imbalance can cause symptoms of anxiety. We need to have a proper balance of serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that affects mood, appetite, digestion, sleep, memory and libido.

•Vitamin B5 supports the adrenal glands, which reduces stress and anxiety levels.

Vitamin B9 (also known as folate or folic acid) and vitamin B12 are important in balancing out depressive moods.
